Below are sample tracks from 'Original Visions'
as well as new unheard material...
Me and my crew (The Connection) have been working on this title for a very long time... and it's finally here! DJ Downlow and Baraka formed the crew in 2001, me and Gwilo joined three years later along with a rapper/beatboxer called Chiko (who is no longer in the crew as he was deported back to Chile!) We've worked with a number of different artists (as listed on the front cover) to bring you a top notch UK rap album with many diverse styles and influences
'Slow Me Down (feat Michelle Ericsson)' (2008) directed by Lewis Rose, this video was filmed around Brighton and exhibits some of the finest graffiti from local Heavy Artillery Crew. The track was produced by Toni Toolz and features the Californian singer Michelle Ericsson, who sadly could not take part in the video and is played by Sam Mew. The lyrics refer to people and influences that slow you down throughout every day life, which is reflected through the different characters and situations in the video.
'It's Skilf' (2007) directed by Lewis Rose, which was filmed at Sussex University and various other locations around Brighton. The shooting took place during my graduation period and shows some happy student times, the highlights for me were smashing the guitar, slapping beans in Bilal's face and standing on the roof with security guards telling me to get down! Check it out...

MUSIC VIDEOS
'Nine Months' (2004) directed by Lewis Rose. This UK rap video depicts my journey through the four elements, it's a surreal narrative that reflects the concept behind the song - as people we are all searching for something, throughout the smallest every day events to our innermost desires and lifetime goals. It was filmed in different locations around Sussex and London, shout out to the various graffiti artists who's work features in the video, hope you don't mind us using it!
